Summarized Policy
We are a Hybrid clinic, we take cash, credit, venmo, and check (in some circumstances) while offering patients the ability to fill out a SUPER BILL. A super bill is a form with your diagnosis codes, treatment codes, and charges that you can submit to your insurance. You will need to call you insurance and determine what your out-of-network benefits are. An example of how this work is as follows: You get treated for your condition(s) and you make a payment at the time of service. At the end of the week, month, etc. you fill out your super-bill and submit it to your insurance. If eligible, you will receive payment from you insurance in the form of check to your name.
Actual Policy
At Beyond Human Chiropractic we are committed to offering the finest quality chiropractic, exercise therapy, chiropractic neurology, functional medicine, and wellness health care services to our patients. It is our policy that our patients are charged fees that are reasonable and economically feasible for both the clinic, and our patients. To achieve these goals and to assure continued quality service we must ask for your help. The responsibility for payment for our fees lies directly with the patient; patients are required to pay for service at the time of service. It is NOT the clinic’s responsibility to act as a patient’s agent in negotiating reimbursement payments from insurance companies, worker’s compensation, Medicaid, or Medicare. Patients are expected to pay at the time of service with a stored credit card, debit card, venmo account, and/or cash/check. The exceptions would be patients receiving insurance covered services under worker’s compensation, personal injury, and/or auto-accident. Cash services will always be collected at the time of service. These specific services provided by Beyond Human include but aren’t limited to: Videonystagmography (VNG - coming soon), Dry Needling (coming soon), Diagnostic Laboratory Testing, Bio Impedance Analysis (BIA), BrainTap, Report of Findings(ROF), Functional Medicine/Nutrition Consultation, Supplements/Nutraceuticals, Cold Laser Therapy, Normatec, FAKTR (IASTM), Cupping, Chiropractic specific therapies, and other therapies that may be added at future dates. If there are circumstances that are preventing a patient (you or your family) from complying with the financial policy of Beyond Human, other arrangements must be made with our billing manager and discussed with Beyond Human. - We DO NOT accept any insurance including Medicare and Medicaid but we do offer discounts to students, military, and seniors (65+)

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a $75 cancellation fee to the card on file.
